Pursuant to current legislation and the provisions of Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”), we would like to inform you that the Data Controller of the data you provide is MOTTURA SERRATURE DI SICUREZZA S.P.A. with registered office in strada Antica di Francia no. 34, Sant’Ambrogio di Torino (TO) – VAT/Tax Code no. 00918390014 (hereinafter referred to as “Mottura”)

Navigation data

The computer systems and programs employed to ensure the functioning of our website collect certain personal data and the transmission this data is required to use Internet communication protocols (e.g. IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users connecting to the site, parameters related to the operating system and the user's computer environment, etc.).

This information is not collected to be associated to identified data subjects, however, due to the nature of the same, said information may allow for users to be identified as a result of processing and association with data held by third parties.

This type of data may only be used with the sole purpose of obtaining statistical information that is not associated with any data that may identify the user relating to use of the website and to check that the site operates correctly. The data is deleted immediately after processing.

The data may be used to ascertain liability in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the website.

Data provided voluntarily by users

Users are not required to provide their personal data to browse the website.
However, a user’s address, even e-mail address, or telephone number and any other personal data included in relevant communications will subsequently be acquired when contacting Mottura, using the ‘Mottura Club’ service, using the sales and/or technical information request service or, even, when voluntarily, explicitly and spontaneously sending messages, whether by e-mail or by traditional methods, to the contact details of Mottura indicated on the site. Acquisition of this data is necessary to respond to requests.

Any such data may be processed for one or more of the following purposes:

• to follow up on the user's request/provide the service;
• to evaluate and improve services and develop new ones;
• fulfil legal obligations and/or comply with public authority orders, including judicial authorities;
• to process and disseminate statistical analyses and graphical representations, but only in an aggregate and anonymous form,

and which may only be communicated to third parties in the event in which this is necessary for this purpose.

Your consent is not required to process your data for the aforementioned purposes, since in these cases processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract or to comply with a legal obligation or to pursue a legitimate interest of the data controller or of third parties (Article 6, paragraph 1, letters b), c), f) of the Regulation).

Your personal data will be processed employing manual and/or computer and telematic tools in accordance with organisation and processing logics strictly related to the purposes and, in any event, so as to ensure the security, integrity and confidentiality of the same data.

Said data is kept for the period of time strictly necessary to provide the requested service to the user and is deleted immediately thereafter, save additional legal obligations to retain the data for longer periods.

Your personal data will not be disseminated.

Within the scope of its business activities and for the aforementioned purposes, Mottura may use services rendered by third parties operating on its behalf and according to its instructions, as data controllers. These are third parties that provide Mottura with processing or instrumental services (e.g. website functioning computer services).

The data may be transferred within the European Union, for example to a location where Mottura's suppliers or their servers are based. Data will not be transferred outside the European Union.

You will be entitled at any time whatsoever to exercise the rights established by current legislation, including your right to:

• obtain confirmation as whether or not your personal data is being processed and to know the content of the same;
• update, modify and/or correct your personal data;
• request that your personal data be deleted or transformed into an anonymous form, or block any data processed in violation of the law or limit of processing of the same;
• object for legitimate reasons to processing;
• receive a copy of the data supplied and request that the same data be forwarded to another data controller,

by sending a specific request by e-mail to amministrazione@pec.mottura.it.
