ASSA ABLOY has signed an agreement to acquire Mottura.

Mottura has strengthened its business over the years by developing a talented team, investing in new products and promoting a positive culture whereby employees have contributed to the progress of the company.
The ASSA ABLOY Group is the global leader in access solutions, that operates worldwide with 52,000 employees and sales of 11.4 billion euros. The Group has leading positions in areas such as efficient door openings, trusted identities and entrance automation. In Italy, well-known brands such as Yale, Mul-T-Lock, Valli are part of the Group. ASSA ABLOY Italy is headquartered in San Giovanni in Persiceto, Bologna.
This transaction will allow Mottura to strengthen its current product portfolio and benefit from the greater resources and expertise of the international group. Mottura will continue its activity from the existing headquarters, with no changes to the team and operational activities.
