Duplicate ownership card

To request a duplicate ownership card, you must go to your nearest MOTTURA CLUB and provide the following documents:

• Valid identity document (ID card or driving licence)
• One original key (no duplicates)
• Report of loss
• Indemnity form (provided by the centre when requesting the duplicate)
