DF11 Mechanical Defender®

DF11 is the mechanical Defender® that covers different thicknesses in just 3 heights. It is a patented model with a solid escutcheon that can be adjusted with fixing screws: this mechanism allows it to be adjusted from the outside even when it has already been installed on the door. 

It consists of a steel Defender® with a high-strength HRC 53 steel escutcheon (65 x 90 mm), available in 3 heights and 3 security versions (B/C/I). The keyway is protected by a chrome-plated steel rotating washer and the aluminium/brass escutcheon cover is available in 7 finishes.

Security levels

  • Defender DF11 level B

    B Version (Level 2)

    Two steel spheres protect the cylinder body and two spheres are placed on the chrome washer. Level 2 Defenders® are recommended for the protection of gates and common rooms.

  • Defender DF11 level C

    C Version (Level 3)

    Two steel spheres protect the cylinder body, two spheres are placed on the chrome washer and six of them are integrated into the Defender® body. Level 3 models are recommended for the protection of condominium entrances.

  • Defender DF11 level I

    I Version (Level 5)

    Six steel spheres protect the cylinder body, two spheres are placed on the chrome washer and six of them are integrated into the Defender® body. Level 5 models are recommended for the protection of flats, warehouses, businesses and professional offices.
