Mottura at ERSI 2026
The highly anticipated ERSI 2026 event returns to Bologna – the leading Italian trade fair dedicated to the security sector, a key event that attracts hundreds of locksmiths from across Italy every year.
On Thursday 23 and Friday 24 April, the Savoia Hotel Regency will be filled with locksmiths, security specialists, exhibitors and specialist manufacturers. This conference, organised by the Esperti Riferme Serrature Italia association, offers a unique opportunity for networking, professional development and discussion for all industry professionals, as well as serving as a strategic showcase where suppliers present the latest innovations and discuss new market demands.
The exhibition area will provide the chance to see products up close and speak directly with manufacturers, whilst the conference zone will host lectures, workshops, seminars and the traditional cylinder and padlock opening competition.
Once again this year, Mottura will be one of the key players in the Expo area. At a multi-brand stand alongside the other brands of the ASSA ABLOY Group (of which we have been a part since 2023), visitors will be able to see our most iconic products up close in a completely new exhibition.
Our high-security CHAMPIONS® Europrofile cylinders will certainly be on display, featuring anti-picking, anti-bumping, anti-snap and anti-tracing technologies, developed to offer a high level of protection against the main methods of bulglary.
Our bTECHNOLOGY platform will also take centre stage; this is Mottura’s smart security solution that allows you to control all access to your home via a single app, bMOTTURA. Visitors will be able to see the bNOVA and bBLOCK locks up close, alongside the bMOTO motorised knob and the bOPEN smart relay, accompanied by their dedicated accessories — including the bDIGIT keypad, the bTRACK fingerprint reader, the bTAG transponder reader and the bBRIDGE device for remote management.
The exhibition is rounded off by the magnetic Defenders®, an evolution of our iconic armoured protector, which enhance cylinder protection by creating a barrier that shields the key entry point and protects the door from acid attacks too.

The range of Champions® security cylinders includes different cylinder models, each of which is characterized by particular technical qualities, different types of allowed key duplication and the numerous new applicable functions.
Each set of keys, sealed at the origin, is accompanied by the personal ownership card to be showed while requesting key duplicates.
The cylinders are divided into Silver Series (C10 and PRO/Modular), Gold Series (C28PLUS, C39 and CP6) and Platinum Series (C55 and C3D). All models have common safety features; furthermore, each cylinder is characterized by different mechanical systems, increasing the level of security, or in combination with each other to increase the level of complexity of the cylinder itself.
All Champions® Europrofile security cylinders are certified according to the UNI EN 1303 standard at the highest achievable levels, including resistance to Bumping, Picking and Tracing manipulation techniques.Armoured Doors Defenders®
Defenders® are armoured door protections that defend cylinders against break-in attempts such as drilling, bumping, picking, cylinder extraction and acid attacks.
They are secured directly to the lock by means of special screws and holes, and are characteristically shaped to prevent break-in attempts by means of iron pipes. They are divided into different categories (mechanical, magnetic, electronic) and are available in numerous finishes to suit every type of door.
All Mottura Defenders® have been tested according to UNI EN 1906 and have passed the required tests to the maximum grade.
